Through several life crises and serious illnesses, which I survived not only to my own amazement, I learned that others found my experiences enriching for themselves.
When I launched the telephone hotline 0900DEINCOACH in 2017, I had no idea what response I would elicit, especially from people who were grateful that someone is listening to them at all.
But by no means do all callers have emotional problems, sometimes practical tips are needed on how to operate the new smartphone or how to forward an email attachment.
Five years later, crises have increased worldwide and the time to care for others tends to decrease, while the variety of problems and wishes of callers is increasing.
To keep up with this development, at least somewhat, Cala Vivo is open to people who can listen to others and help with their life experiences and knowledge, gladly also in the evenings and on weekends. Foreign languages and special knowledge are extremely welcome.
